Gallagher and Associates is pleased to invite you to our 3rd annual insurance workshop.   This FREE workshop is open to ALL School Personnel.   This will expand on last year’s successful workshop.   As you know school insurance is our specialty, but we have expanded on topics to include a broader look at issues which affects your cost.      We have partnered with several outstanding companies, such as Ratwik Roszak Maloney P.A. and American Appraisal to present valuable information to broaden your knowledge of these issues.  In addition, representatives from Indiana Insurance, SFM, HealthPartners and Western National will join us to provide an informative and enjoyable day.   This seminar will give you additional insurance knowledge, so you will understand what you are buying, and can make intelligent decisions for your district.  Each section is designed to give you an understanding of what is in a specific policy and what you need to know to make an informed decision.  This year the workshop will be more hands on.  The agenda is oriented toward safety and risk management, in order to improve safety in the workplace and thereby obtain the best rates (and lowest premium) from your companies; how to manage claims to keep costs down and what options you have as a school district to manage your insurance needs.   We will also provide you with knowledge of the terminology of the insurance industry.  In the past MASBO has given you one hour sessions to give you glimpse of insurance, this one day workshop will give you an in depth overview of insurance.
